The Xycoon project is discussed, which allows authors to publish statistical software in the Internet. Any software organized as an R-package may be placed at the website www.wessa.net, where the potential users can execute it in a distributed network of dedicated R servers through the platform called R framework. General concept and possible applications of this platform are considered.
