The objective of this paper is to derive some general oscillatory criteria for solutions of even-order neutral differential equations of the form \[ [x(t)+c(t)x(t-\tau)]^{(n)} + \int_a^b p(t,y)x[g(t,y)\,d\sigma (y)=0,\quad \tau>0. \]
