The authors continue their program within function theory in the hyperbolic space [Bull. Belg. Math. Soc. - Simon Stevin 11, No. 5, 719--737 (2004; Zbl 1072.30036)], here they calculate the fundamental solution of the Dirac operator by means of the fundamental solution for the wave equation. A closed form of the fundamental solution can be given using some formulas for hypergeometric functions.
