Die Laminarströmung zwischen parallelen Platten wird dreidimensionalen Störungen unterworfen. Das Hauptergebnis ist, daß\ man das Problem auf die Untersuchung von zweidimensionalen Störungen zurückführen kann. Ferner wird gezeigt, daß\ stets Stabilität gegen besondere Störungen vorliegt, nämlich gegen solche, bei denen die Geschwindigkeit parallel zu den Platten senkrecht zur Strömungsrichtung null ist.
