Two algorithms are suggested to generate the components of an array PCLASS corresponding to the rows of a linear system \(Ax=b\), such that \[ PCLASS(i_ 1)=PCLASS(i_ 2) \] if and only if the rows \(a_{i_ 1}\) and \(a_{i_ 2}\) of A are parallel.
