Let X be a compact Riemann surface of genus 5. A group AG of conformal automorphisms of X is represented as a subgroup of GL(5,C) via transformations of the space of holomorphic differentials on X. In this paper, the authors determine all the subgroups of GL(5,C) up to conjugate, which come from some X and AG. This article is an announcement which contains no proof. The proof will appear elsewhere.
