The uniform convergence of solutions of a perturbed Cauchy problem for a differential equation with multivalued right-hand side to the solution of the nonperturbed problem is established. On the basis of convergence conditions the effect of certain perturbations of hysteresis type nonlinear elements on the behavior of the control systems is investigated.
