The author has introduced M-(multiplicative) and A-(additive) two parameter systems of elements of Banach rings with unit. These notions are more general than similar ones considered by \textit{T. V. Karataeva} and \textit{G. P. Butsan} [see this Zh. 37, No.2, 168-175 (1985; Zbl 0569.60063)]. The main result states that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the set of all M-systems and the set of all A- systems and gives the form of the one-to-one transformation.
