The sectional curvature of a Riemannian manifold M at a fixed point \(x\in M\) is a function of \(\left( \begin{matrix} n\\ 2\end{matrix} \right)\) variables. From this the author comes to the false conclusion that constant sectional curvature at one point would imply constant curvature everywhere.
