For the definition of partially continuous and semicontinuous operators between two normed linear spaces see \textit{R. W. Cross}, Glasgow Math. J. 30, No.2, 243-247 (1988; Zbl 0646.47001). In the paper under review the authors give some characterization of such operators and give an example of a partially continuous operator which is not semi-continuous.
