The main result of this paper is: Let X be a uniformly convex and strongly smooth Banach space with semi-inner product [, ] and T: \(K\to X\) be a contractive mapping and C: \(K\to X\) be a nonexpansive mapping, where K is a closed convex cone in X. Then there is a unique \(y_ 0\in K\) such that \([Ty_ 0-Cy_ 0+2y_ 0,zy_ 0]=0\).
