The Möbius transformations arising in Schur's studies of bounded analytic functions can be regarded as the convergents of certain continued fractions if the so called Schur parameters are nonzero. In this paper the authors allow Schur parameters to be zero and show that the subsequence of transformations corresponding to nonzero parameters is related to continued fractions.
