The authors investigate the asymptotic behavior of bounded solutions for a system of NFDEs of the form \[ (x_1(t)-cx_2(t))'=-F(x_1(t))+G(x_2(t-r)),~~(x_2(t)-cx_1(t))'=-F(x_2(t))+G(x_1(t-r)). \] The proofs involve some comparison technique and the invariance of positive limit set.
