The authors establish some new Yan-type and Philos-type oscillation criteria for second order neutral differential equations of the form \[ [a(t)(x(t)-p(t)x(t-\tau))']'+q(t)f[x(t), x(t-\sigma)]g[x'(t)]=0. \] Two examples are given to show their applications of the obtained results.
