The author considers the motion of a charged particle in a magnetic field on a flat two-dimensional torus. He proves that if such a system has an additional integral of the motion which is functionally independent from the energy then the magnetic field described by a closed two-form equals \(F = d(A(x) dy)\) in some flat coordinates on the torus.
