An intertwining relation between the Beltrami-Laplace operator with an added potential and the Beltrami-Laplace operator is considered on a Riemannian manifold. Under assumption that the set of potential singularities is a submanifold of codimension one, it is shown that this set is a completely geodesic submanifold.
