Existence of nested designs with block size five (Q5934177)

The authors employ Latin squares to show that the necessary conditions for the existence of nested block designs with block size 5, and subblock sizes 2 and 3, are also sufficient. Combined with previous work of the authors, and others, it is therefore established that the necessary conditions for the existence of nested blocks designs with block size 5, of any possible form, are also sufficient.
