Semi-stable elliptic fiberings with small number of special fibers over a base of genera 0 and 1 (Q5936692)

In the paper results of investigation of semistable elliptic fibrations \(f\) are presented in the case when the singular fibres of \(f\) are of type \(I_n\) according to the Kodaira-Néron classification [see \textit{V.
