Let \(G\) be a non-compact, connected, semisimple Lie group with finite center, and \(H\) a unimodular amenable closed subgroup. The paper shows that the spectral multipliers of operators on the quotient group \(G/H\) have analytic extension to a strip in the corresponding one for the group.
