The author presents some sufficient conditions for all solutions to the equation NEWLINE\[NEWLINEy(t)-y(t-\tau)+p(t)y(t-\sigma_1)-q(t)y(t-\sigma_2)=0NEWLINE\]NEWLINE to be oscillatory.
