Dynamical systems on fractals in a plane (Q5939260)

Using techniques developed by himself in a series of papers the author estimates the Hausdorff dimension of Cantor sets that are similar in a specific sense to the Koch curve or to the Sierpiński gasket. He proves that if \(d/2\) is a simple solution of an equation associated to a so-called \(\alpha\)-Fredholm matrix and \(d\) fulfills an extra condition, then \(d\) is the Hausdorff dimension.
