The author proposes a so-called fuzzy probability system, which includes both Kolmogorov's probability system and von Mises probability system. The first part of the paper presents some philosophical background, Chapter 2 discusses the notion of a fuzzy-random experiment and Chapter 3 is on relative frequency and fuzzy probability.
