By using the Hermite interpolating polynomial and the corresponding error of approximation expressed with Green's function, the authors obtain generalizations of Hadamard's inequality and converse Jensen inequalities for convex functions of higher order. Other discrete inequalities are also generalized and an upper bound for the error in Hermite interpolation is given. NEWLINENEWLINE[See also Part I by \textit{J. Pečarić}, \textit{V.
