This paper deals with the existence of fixed points of \(p\)-tupling renormalization operators for interval and circle mappings having a critical point of arbitrary real degree \(\gamma>1\). The author proves the existence such a fixed points. Moreover, properties such as analyticity, univalent behaviour as \(\gamma\) tends to infinity of the resulting maps are studied.
