The construction of \(2\pi\)-periodic solutions and bifurcation curves to nearly Lyapunov systems in the case of external resonance is investigated. The author presents a fully algorithmic and analytic method of defining both the bifurcation curve and corresponding \(2\pi\)-periodic solutions when Malkin's method is not applicable.
