The author presents a review on the integrability of complex analytical dynamical systems. He also proves a theorem which generalizes Ziglin's nonintegrability theorem the monodromy group of the first-order variational equation. Using this theorem, the author proves the nonintegrability of one case of the Henon--Heiles system.
