Reflection and refraction of micropolar thermoelastic waves at a liquid-solid interface (Q5946516)

The author discusses reflection and refraction of micropolar thermoelastic waves at a plane boundary between a lower homogeneous micropolar thermoelastic solid and a thermally conducting liquid. The incoming wawe impinges on the plane interface from below. The general case (including as particular cases all previously studied ones) is taken into consideration. Expressions for reflection and refraction coefficients are derived. For some cases of practical interest (aluminium epoxy composites), graphical representations of the results are obtained. The paper is of interest, but it has a shortcoming: although 7 graphs are quoted and commented, no graphs are presented in the paper.
