The author proves that any Borsuk continuous multivalued map with values to be a singleton or the one-dimensional unit sphere \(S^1\) from the three-dimensional closed unit ball \(B^3\) into itself has a fixed point. In higher dimensions this problem remains open. The main tool to obtain these results is connected with the Stiefel-Whitney classes of the respective vector bundles.
