Pauli's brain child, the neutrino has attracted much attention in the past. The important problem of neutrino mass oscillation has been of critical value for both the theoretical as well as experimental reasons for the last several decades. Here the interference phase of the high energy mass neutrino and the low energy thermal neutron in a gravitational field are studied together. More explicitly, the radial neutrino oscillation in Schwarzschild spacetime, non-radial propagation and a covariant treatment of the unified geodesic phase of the COW thermal neutron interference form the main contents of the paper. Further, discussions and conclusions involved in the high energy neutrino oscillations and low energy thermal neutron interference in curved spacetime are provided. The natural units \(G=\hbar =c=1\) are used throughout. In an appendix, a description of the components of the geodesic equation in the Schwarzschild geometry is given.
