The author establishes sufficient conditions of regular differentiability almost everywhere for a function of an \(n\)-dimensional integral in terms of the variational measure [see \textit{S.~Saks}, ``Theory of the integral'' (1933; Zbl 0007.10501; 2nd ed. 1937; Zbl 0017.30004)]. The obtained result provides a descriptive characterization of the multiple Perron integral.
