The main result of this paper is the generalization of the compact-valued Michael theorem [\textit{E. Michael}, Duke Math. J. 26, No. 4, 647-651 (1959; Zbl 0151.30805)] and the theorem on extension of multivalued selections satisfying special conditions [\textit{V. V. Filippov}, Spaces of solutions of ordinary differential equations (1993; Zbl 0838.34001)]. The author also discusses an application of the obtained results in the theory of differential inclusions.
