This technical paper is concerned with the existence of an almost-periodic solution to the linear stationary control system \(\dot x=Ax+Bu\), where \(x\in\mathbb{R}^n\) and \(u\in\mathbb{R}^m\). The system \(\dot x=Ax\) is exponentially dichotomous and the control \(Bu\) is a quadratic performance functional.
