The authors present, in the context of a transient Borel right process with a fixed excessive measure \(\xi\), characterizations of regular strongly supermedian kernels and Revuz measures associated with these kernels. In the case of the measures charging no \(\xi\)-semipolar sets, the characterizations of this paper are the analytic counterparts of the probabilistic characterizations of Revuz, Fukushima, and Fitzsimmons and Getoor.
