The authors continue the work of the second author [Hokkaido Math. J. 25, 1-53 (1996; Zbl 0863.31003)] giving the existence of an equilibrium surface current on a closed real-analytic smooth surface in \(\mathbb{R}^3\), generalizing the notion of an electric solenoid. Here an algorithm for the equilibrium surface current on closed \(C^\omega\) smooth surfaces in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) is given.
