The author deals with the nonemptiness of the private core notion due to \textit{N. C. Yannelis} [Econ. Theory 1, 183-198 (1991; Zbl 0810.90013)]. Here an economy with differential information in the framework of a finite number of agents, an infinite number of commodities and a continuum of states of nature. The main result describes the conditions under which the private core of the exchange economy with differential information is nonempty. A proof is based on the fixed-point theorem. The author compares this result with the ones obtained before.
