A neural network with diffusive interaction between elements for selecting changes in a dynamic image (Q5954390)

The authors propose a new model of analog cellular neural network type based on a well-known neurophysiological phenomenon: the existence of synapses with electrical signal transmission. It is shown that, in such a network, the diffusion of membrane potentials occurs between the elements. A scheme is described for such a neural network as applied in monitoring a dynamically changing image.
