For Earth artificial satellite, when the inclination is nearly equal to \(46^\circ\), the motion of the longitude of the perigee becomes very slow. Therefore, when the luni-solar perturbation terms are included, a few resonance terms appear in the secular part of disturbing function. Moreover, when the secular rate of the longitude of the ascending node is nearly \(180^\circ\) per year, another resonance term occurs in the solar disturbing function. Here the author discusses the case when the two above resonances take place together.
