The author considers quadratic discriminants of extended Richaud-Degert-type (\(\Delta = l^2 + r\); where \(r \mid 4l\)) and proves some criteria of Rabinowitsch type for \(h(\Delta) = 2\). This extends his previous work [Computational number theory, Debrecen 1989, 83-94 (1991; Zbl 0734.11057)].
