In the present paper, the Hunt-Courrege formula of the infinitesimal generator of a Levy process on Lie groups and \(\mathbb{R}^n\) is extended to a class of non-translation invariant Feller semigroups on Lie groups which fail to commute with left translation due to the existence of a cocycle \(h\), which is identically 1 for Levy processes.
