The author proceeds with the investigations started in [\textit{A. Ya. Sagomonyan}, Mosc. Univ. Mech. Bull. 50, No.~5, 27-35 (1995); translation from Vestn. Mosk. Univ., Ser. I 1995, No. 5, 85--94 (1995; Zbl 0924.73197)]. In this paper it is proposed that a part of the rain drops penetrates into the soil while the other part forms a thin water layer on the hill slopes which flows down under the gravity force. It is assumed that the soil particles get into the liquid layer because of diffusion, and form a suspension. The author studies the ablation of soil particles by the suspension flow.
