Some oscillation and nonoscillation criteria for the fourth-order neutral differential equation \[ (r(t)(y(t)+p(t)y(h(t)'') ''+f(t,y(\sigma (t)))=0 \] are established. These results generalize some known results in the literature. Two examples illustrating the results are given.
