For a compact connected Riemannian manifold \(M\) without boundary the author relates the coefficients of the expansion at \(s=0\) of the zeta function of a cone over \(M\) to some spectral invariants of \(M\). The same for the zeta function of a product of two compact connected Riemannian manifolds.
