The authors find sufficient conditions for existence, uniqueness and regularity of solutions for a class of partial functional-differential equations with infinite delay. In the paper it is supposed that the linear part is not necessarily densily defined but satisfies the resolvent estimates of the Hille-Yosida theorem. The obtained abstract results are illustrated by interesting examples.
