The authors investigate some classes of Boolean algebras with additional operators that arise in connection with incomplete information. New results on sufficiency algebras are presented, the canonical extension of an algebra is extended to sufficiency algebras and properties of these extensions are investigated. The mixed algebras, which have both modal and sufficiency operators in their signature, are studied and the concept of Boolean algebra with relative operators is introduced.
