The author studies saddle singularities of the rank zero in integrable Hamiltonian systems. The new topological invariant (\(f_n\)-graph) is suggested allowing to effective solve the semilocal classification problems for such singularities. At the usage of this invariant an algorithm is presented for the determination the factors of the minimal model for saddle singularity of complexity \(k\), not dependent on the number of degrees of freedom generalizing a known result for singularities of complexity one.
