The paper is an interesting theoretical study of one more approach to the robust control of linear discrete systems. Unfortunately, no evidence of the usability of these results and no comparison to the existing methods are given. The authors improperly use the term ``multidimensional'', instead it should be multivariable in the MIMO meaning.
