The authors set up a new class of non-Archimedean pseudo-differential operators and study properties of their heat Kernels. Also, they state the existence of Feller semigroups/transitions functions/Strong Markov processes on \(\mathbb Q_p^n\), the \(n\)-ary Cartesian power of the field of \(p\)-adic number \(\mathbb Q_p\).
