Summary: For a neutral differential equation with positive and sign changing coefficients \[ [x(t)-a(t)x(\delta(t))]'+p(t)F(x(\tau(t)))-q(t)G(x(\sigma(t)))=0, \] oscillation criteria are established, where \(q(t)\) is not required to be nonnegative. Several new results are obtained.
