The article is devoted to a $p$-adic analog of Ising model. $p$-adic Gibbs measures on Cayley trees are studied. They are applied to phase transitions. A boundedness of measures is investigated. On page 7 in the first line of the manuscript there is a misprint: instead of [7] there should be [21].
