An overview on problems of unlikely intersections in families of abelian varieties (Q6080384)

This is a short survey on some problems in Diophantine geometry. In Section 1, Manin-Mumford, Mordell-Lang, Zilber-Pink conjectures are recalled. The author explains that Zilber-Pink conjecture is a generalization of the previous ones. In Paragraph 1.2, a list of cases where this conjecture is known is given. Section 2 consists of a generalization of the previous conjectures to the case of positive characteristic. The last section discusses these conjectures for families of varieties.
